How is our soap produced?

The different stages are:

  1. PASTING and COOKING: through a traditional process of saponification: oils and soda are mixed at very high temperature (emulsion of water and oil phases)
  2. RELEASE: the paste is cleaned with salt water and rid of soda and impurities, then left resting
  3. POURING AND DRYING: the paste is pouredinto a mould
  4. CUTTING AND STAMPING
